There were some recent discussions about the power flow in electromagnetics. Is all of the power flow really outside of the wire? Doesn't the skin depth let the power flow also inside the wire? I made a short video to explain what is happening... (Btw the riddle in the Veritassium video is really badly posed, the light bulb will not instantly lit as the power will be transferred around the wires. Even the fields only take a few ns to get to the bulb, they will not transmit the power (-: )
