The Nitinol material model was added to the 3DExperience material model calibration app in R2022x FD01. There is also an Abaqus/CAE plug-in for calibration of Nitinol:

The figure below is taken from The Abaqus docs. It would be a good idea to read this section of the docs. For cases where you do not have any compressive test data, you should keep the compressive transition stress value >= the tensile transition value.
The video below was created in February 2025 using the calibration app, R2025x HotFix 1.7. The video shows a calibration to just one test dataset (at one temperature).
The test data attached below in the Excel file was digitized from Auricchio's 2014 paper, Theoretical and numerical modeling of shape memory alloys accounting for multiple phase transformations and martensite reorientation. All of this testing is in uniaxial tension.
