➡️If your license includes user support, you can search the Knowledge Base to see if the bug has already been reported
Log in with your DS Passport. You will then be able to see and subscribe to follow open bug reports in the Support Knowledge Base ➡ https://support.3ds.com/knowledge-base/
For example, you can search for "Simulation Manager" and apply the filters for Brand->SIMULIA and BR Status -> Open
You can see that there are some open reports.
If you open any bug report you can review the description details and learn possible workaround information. You can also subscribe to changes to get notified when the bug is closed:
You may also check Closed bugs in case it is a known issue whose fix is not in the release version you are using.
