One of my observations in getting users on-board with Isight is their difficulty in understanding file management within Isight. They struggle to understand the concepts of runtime directories, file parameters, and results database within Isight. I am not surprised actually; file handling in Isight can be confusing, yet is one of the most crucial aspects of Isight.

I have thus created some content regarding file parameters and results database in order to address some of the most common FAQ’s we come across in that field. This has some handy tips on overriding default behavior in Isight as well.
