Established Products 2017 Documentation

Abaqus and fe-safe documentation are now included in the Established Products 2017 documentation.

Two collections of Established Products 2017 documentation are available. You can perform an on-premise installation or access the documentation online.

On-Premise Installation

This collection uses a Java applet for search; Chrome version 42 and later no longer support Java applets so Chrome is no longer a supported browser. Instead, use Internet Explorer or Firefox, as documented in the Program Directory (PDIR).

Online Portal

With a DS passport, you can now access the Established Products 2017 documentation from the User Assistance Online Portal at help.3ds.com. This collection uses EXALEAD for search, which is supported in Chrome, Firefox, and IE.

  1. Access the Online Portal at help.3ds.com.
  2. From the Version list, select 2017 SIMULIA.
  3. Click SIMULIA Established Products.
  4. Search and filter results.

The Abaqus documentation is changed to provide a more modern look and feel.

To help you through this transition, we have published four Q&A articles in the Knowledge Base (see links below) to share information.

We know the changes in the documentation may take some time to get used to, but be assured that the content you are familiar with is still there and relatively unchanged.
