Dynamic rolling of a tire on rough surface


Dear all,

This is modeling tips and example model for tire on rough surface.

As you might know, it is difficult to get converged solution when modeling contact between tire and rough surface for Abaqus / Standard. I made an idea to avoid the issue with a slight modification in conventional tire analysis procedure (2D-Axsymmetric to SST). Refer to the attachment for further reading
