Along with tensile tesing for material characterization and model calibration, we used this alternating 3-point bend model for model validation.
This model consists of alternate bends at different amplitudes, followed by a relaxation step, and finally a last bend up to rupture.
One big advantge is to use the same dogbones for calibration and validation, in those different tensile and bending tests.
As a time-dependent material model was tested, various test speeds were also tested: 10, 100 and 500mm/min. However, for proprietary reason, the attached CAE base contains only a standard hyperelastic model. Attached file: zip file with CAE 6.13 model.
