This image is a Johnson-Cook calibration using version 2019x HotFix 6.1 of the 3DX Calibration App.  Calibration performed on Sept 16, 2019 using the public cloud. Notice that  for calibration purposes, the test data has been truncated at ultimate (test data beyond ultimate nominal stress removed).  Calibration using data beyond ultimate would require the use of multi-element FEA meshes to reproduce the necking that occurs.
