- Japan Standard Time (UTC +9): 11 AM on December 8th to 1 AM on December 9th

The first time you launch SOLIDWORKS Connected after the update, you will be prompted to update the 3DEXPERIENCE Launcher followed by SOLIDWORKS Connected. This update is mandatory.**
The 3DEXPERIENCE platform access URL will remain the same.

**Native Apps (including SOLIDWORKS Connected and SOLIDWORKS Visualize Connected) require an installation on your device. From the Compass, click on the app context menu to display the currently installed version. An orange download icon indicates that an update is available to install within first two weeks after the platform update. A red download icon indicates that an update is required. A green download icon indicates that a supplemental update is available to install at any time. See the Installing Native Apps Using the Compass on the Cloud page of the User Assistance for more information.
