Dear Makers,

We have received several queries regarding the error "An error occurred" as shown in image.

Due to this error users are unable to use Makers Platform​​​​​​​, and getting "Missing Platform Access License" when application is launched from desktop shortcut as shown in image.

This issue is reported to concerned department, if anyone facing same error please comment in this post.
