Unable To Retrieve Install Data

I started having an issue with Solidworks 3DExperience about two or three weeks ago. The launcher pulls up the website fine, but then when I try to launch the application, I almost invariably get "Unable To Retrieve Install Data". Sometimes rebooting works, sometimes wiping all browsing history. Last time, I had to uninstall the Launcher and reinstall, after which it installed a 10Gb Hotfix. It ran great for the rest of the day, now it's back to doing the same thing.

I use Solidworks professionally and would like to use it at home, simply because of how familiar I am with it and because of all of the functionality I don't find in other software. However, I'm about to cancel my subscription if this issue doesn't get resolved. I'm seeing way too many other people posting the same issue for this to be a localized issue on my computer. I'd be happy to spend ten time the money on an application that just works, instead of this buggy, no-effort over DRM'd application.
