I got message when starting up Solidworks Connect that hotfix must be updated.
I clicked on link, then compass and when I select the Solidworks connect app, I get the error. Unable to Retrieve install data.

I've uninstalled launcher and reinstalled it.

I've disabled my antivirus programs.

Still Can't get past this error. Please assist.
