So that developers are aware -- the "fix" this weekend to correct whatever error on the server was causing "Unable to retrieve install data" whenever attempting to launch or re-install Solidworks Connected, still does not work. Suggested remedy included clearing the cache on your browsers... no go. I have submitted logfiles to developers on this article, and no response. Its now been two weeks that I can't use my subscription. Please developers -- address this!
