Design Specification – Easy to manufacture, robust design, low weight structure, protected propellers, Three blade design in propeller, smoother operation and increased stability, easy attachments for sensors and LED lights.

Application – Sensory Analysis and Inspection

Description – The drone can be used for carrying out inspections in critical places as it is having protected propellers which will help the drones to absorb any encountered impact and still work efficiently. The drone is attached with a high resolution camera having the capability to capture images and videos in all the directions. The camera can be rotated 360 degrees about the vertical axis and also can be rotated along the horizontal axis. This facilitates proper inspection. Another important specification is the three blade propeller attached on each of its four arms which will provide smoother operations with increased stability. The required sensors can be easily attached to the drone for carrying out the inspections.

Application Details

  1. The Drones can hover all over the planes, capturing HD videos and photos that the engineers can then analyze instead of manually having to check the airplane.
  2. Inspection of civil construction projects like bridges, buildings, dams etc., can be done with very low cost and no threat to lives of inspectors.
  3. Inspection at critical locations such as piping, pressure vessel, cooling towers in petrochemical plants to get better real time data.
