I have subscribed to solidworks for maker. Unfortunately, I can no longer access the programme. I get the message that an update is required. When I click on the link, the message appears: 
You are not authorised to access this platform.
You have not yet been invited to the environment. Ask the administrator
of the platform for an invitation.
How can I contact the administrator?
