Last year I got this Hitachi sport camera which let me to record sport action.

But the locking system (yellow part) is made with poor plastic material. After few uses, some cracks are visible on one part.

After many months of use, one part started to break.

Locking system is easily breakable although I paid attention not to damage it.

Now I think locking system is no more reliable and I am afraid breaking my camera by accident.

I think it is good challenge for FabLab.

Let's see if I can scan the model with accuracy, or rebuild the model from CATIA before using 3D printing...
