Problem renewing Solidworks license

Renewed my Solidworks license, was charged and paid. The email with the link to activate it had no link attached. Tried contacting Solidworks support, they are absolutely useless. They sent me one link, which tells me I am not yet invited to the platform, and then sent me to here instead of actually helping with the issue past copy/pasting one link that did nothing. Not sure what to do or what other information to give here. Let me know what else I can give to help resolve this.
