Hello everyone,

Let me introduce you my realization for the LightIn3D Contest:

I had a real inspiration about the earth represented in a beautiful glass egg.

So I started with the egg york, using the unfold/fold function to apply an earth map on it.

Then I made the glass eggshell, with a support inside for the york.

The idea is to light the egg york by the inside and to see different reflections of continents on the egg glass. But  you can also put the lamp next to a wall and look at the shadow of your favorite continent right on it!
