So I picked it up and took it home. I cleaned it up and applied a clear coat to it. I used xShape to get a rough approximation of the shell then designed a structure for the turtle body. Using the 3D Print function in xShape, I exported the STL file and sent it to my printer. Using an epoxy modeling clay I like, I applied that to the 3D printed structure then when completed, painted it up. Now the turtle shell has a nice display. These are some images of this fun build!
