⚡ Electrical Design 👀

One part of the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab space is dedicated to electronics, so we have electrical wires and tin spools. Makes sense, right? 🤔

To organise this area, we come up with some ideas ...

⏭️ Step 1: Part Design

The first step was to design a parametric support in the Part Design application. This will allow us to reuse the model for all the coils we might have with just a few clicks!

The design has been optimised to print on our 3D printers without any support! This means we save time & raw materials 😀

⏭️ Step 2: Manufacturing Time

We printed supports thanks to our Ultimaker S5 printer by using PLA (PolyLactic Acid), a starch-based biosourced material ... 🔎🌍
