I'm in the UK and signed up for 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS for Makers - Monthly subscription. Unfortuntely I'm not happy with it so want to cancel my subscription. I somehow managed to get to my Dashboard once, there was not option to stop monthly subscription only to cancel the yearly renewal, but i bought Monthly so do not understand why that option was not there. Now i cant even access my dashboard..keep getting a message saying ..."Sorry Access DeniedYou don't have access to this 3DEXPERIENCE platform." Reset password, still the same problem.
Can someone from Dassault please response and help me cancel my subscription.
