It's been nearly a week since I signed up for a SolidWorks subscription and only this morning my login magically works. There were / are hundreds of other customers in my exact same position. I have absolutely zero confidence in a company that has such terrible software management processes. Any other company would have had a script ready to roll back any changes BEFORE they are implemented. To leave customers that depend on your software unable to use it for a week or more at a time is absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention there is a complete lack of ANY customer service with this company. I can find no way to cancel my subscription nor any way to request a refund! SUPPORT (or lack there of!) Please CANCEL my subscription and provide a refund! I'm not hopeful at all that any company employee will do this, so I'm telling you now. I will be initiating a chargeback with my credit card company at 5pm et tonight unless I'm contacted and provided a cancel and refund before then.
