As a recap from Naim's post above: The "Early Completion" option sets a dependency between the "alternate-CA" with the "original-CA", where the "alternate-CA" MUST be completed before the "original-CA". The "Delayed Completion" option sets a dependency between the "alternate-CA" with the "original-CA", where the "original-CA" MUST be completed before the "original-CA".

In 22xFD03, there's a third option that is called "Move".--See the image below. The "Move" option allows for the transferring item(s) to be on an "alternate-CA" WITHOUT any dependency with the "original-CA". E.g. Each of the CAs can act/complete on its own time rather than waiting on one another.
