I am looking for a way, in addition to project management in ENOVIA, to record meeting notes from APQP (Minutes of Meeting). Within Collaborative Task under the In Work group, I can assign tasks to a specific person and add comments, which that person can then act upon. However, these comments are only visible to that individual and myself.

The issue arises when I am on leave: no one else can see those comments except the assigned person and me. Even if I use the @mention function to reference another user, they cannot see the comments unless they are explicitly added as an assignee.

Is there an alternative option that would allow me to maintain and share Minutes of Meeting for a given task, with weekly updates accessible to the wider team?
