The web “Interference Check” app, available in the role, Digital Mockup Review Manager (RED), enables design reviewers (*) to visualize, analyze and collaborate around design issues early in the development process. Users can visually check and assess product clashes, contacts or clearances, share status with other collaborators and raise formal issues or change processes to resolve these interferences.

The app provides various tools to review, analyze and generate an “Issue” and “Change Action” directly from the “Interference Simulation” and/or from the “Interference metric(s)” that were generated from the 3DEXPERIENCE native client, using the “Interference Check” app.
Generating Issues on Interference Simulation or Metrics:
Issues can be generated directly from the interference simulation and/or from the detected interference metric(s):
This issue will have the following content:

Generating Change Actions on Interference Simulation or Metrics:
Similarly, “Change Actions” can be generated from the interference simulation/metric(s) with the following content:

Relations between Issues and Change Actions created on Interference Metrics:
Note that when both Issues and Change Actions are generated from the same Interference metric, these two objects will be linked to each other as follows:
The Change Action will automatically be defined as “Resolved By.” of the “Issue”.
