ISSUE: Regardless of how ESnaps or the Snap settings are set, when moving the mouse, the cursor jumps around or appears to get stuck, making it difficult to select anything in the drawing. This issue is not reproducible on every machine, is drawing specific, and is more pronounced the further you are zoomed into the drawing and the faster the mouse is moved.

UPDATE: The DraftSight development team has now successfully reproduced this issue in-house and is working on a fix for the root cause.
