r2025x FD03 release brings a new functionality of weaving for Robotics Arc Welding roles.

Value :

Simulate the actual weaving motion performed by arc welding robots which is used for welding thick metals and for filling wide, flat joints.

Highlights : 

• Support for welding Zig-Zag (Lateral), V-shaped, and Triangular weave patterns

• Weaving motions are easily created in the Arc Welding Profile by entering parameters such as Frequency and Amplitude

• Simulating the weaving motion results in more accurate robot cycle times

• The simulated weave motions are supported in the downloaded shop floor robot program.

• Available in RBS, RFP, RBWPR, RBWRT & RARWI roles
