I am glad to announce that a new Robotics demo based on the 3DExperience R2016x level is now available on the Experience center and on the Experience center for Partners.
The objective of this 15-60 minutes live demonstration is to illustrate the Robotics roles through multiple processes simulation.
It includes 5 scenarios which can be played independently :
- "Robotics in a planning context demo" shows a global picture of the Robotics solutions in the global context of the 3DExperience Platform including seamless integration with product design and Manufacturing planning.
- "Robotics Arc Welding Demo" shows how is covered the Arc Welding process. Some transverse topics are shown here like indexer and linear axis capabilities and I/O exchange between 2 robots working together.
- "Robotics Handling & Sealant deposition demo" shows how is covered the Handling and Sealant processes. Some transverse topics are shown here like a robot working with a fix tool (fix tcp).
- "Robotics Drilling and Riveting demo" shows how is covered the Drilling and Riveting processes. Some transverse topics are shown here like the capabilities for the robot to pilot and simulate a complex tooling.
- COMING SOON : "Robotics Spot Welding demo" shows how is covered the Spot Welding process. Some transverse topics are shown here like the fastener distribution between robots, the welding gun search, the multi sections capabilities and the Off line programming capabilities.

Different level of demonstration difficulty is available starting from a simple "select and push on play button" to the "trajectory and robot task creation with Sequence creation".
This demo is based on the 3DExperience R2016x level and will be upgraded on the next releases according to the Robotics portfolio evolution.
