A New Way to Design ~ The first track of the Generative Engineering session at this years NAM ModSim Conference is providing an introduction to DS Cognitive Augmented Design strategy as well as an overview on the powerful capabilities already available to Design Engineers with CATIA Functional Generative Design roles (GDE and DOF), leveraging CATIA and SIMULIA technologies on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. This is applicable to Design for Additive Manufacturing, but also for Traditional "Subtractive" Manufacturing (Milling, Casting).
