b l e u | The brief

b l e u  is a GT showcar inspired by the Dassault DNA of Aero and the heritage for the French racing cars and communicating the CATIA identity & value of excellence.

in addition to the Design brief, b l e u is made to address several challenges:

  • To challenge Creativity, and see how 3D Tools can boost & leverage Creativity
  • To raise Sophistication, by reaching a high surface quality and a good alchemy between the Style & Engineering.
  • To leverage Social Innovation to improve Design innovation & quality by streamlining the team collaboration & co-creation.

 The Collaborative workflow

b l e u  is a collaborative innovation project connecting several actors around the project.therefore we used the 3DEXPERIENCE plateform that you will discover in the next post.

In the following WIP posts you we will go through the creative workflow from the original sketch ideas to the final Class-A Surfaces.

b l e u  is made with the CATIA Design solutions: CATIA Creative Design and CATIA Icem

Stay tuned for the next post !
