Yearly Subscription but system asking for credits for Enrollment in Certification

Hi All, I am facing problems to enroll in certification. I have yearly subscription for students till April but can not access the certification course. System is complaining that I do not have enough credits. Who could help me. Unfortunately the 3ds-mail support is the worse support I ever got in touch. Thank you in advance.
