Greetings! Today I wanted to share my educational and demonstrative video designing and manufacturing THE FIRST MANDALORIAN HELMET Made in Venezuela with 3D Printing.

I used Solidworks for CAD modeling as a design method, where I applied Surface, Symmetry and Solid Modeling techniques.
I've also included a short Demo Simulation using ChatGPT to do the theoretical calculations and show how these analyzes are used at the engineering level to measure the strength of materials in prototypes before they are manufactured.
Finally I exported it to 3DPrinting.

I'm the only person Certified at the CSWP Level in Solidworks in my region, other than the CSWA Additive Manufacturing Certification, Sheet Metal, etc. And seeing that these technologies are not used much in my country at a professional level, I wanted to start uploading content for educational projects addressing various areas such as mechanical design, design for additive manufacturing, part prototyping, reengineering, reverse engineering with 3D scanning, etc. Trying to inspire the relief generation in Latin America to be interested in studying any related career.
