I cannot log in to Solidworks Connected because when I use the desktop shortcut it sends me to a log in page where I input my password which then takes me to an update page. Form the update page I can only log out which then kicks me out of solidworks because I have to be logged in to use it. I have reset my password multiple times and my password has worked on both 3d experience sites.
