SOLID Saturday- Gyroscope

Gyroscope: Gyroscope is a device used for measuring or maintaining orientation and angular velocity. It is a spinning wheel or disc in which the axis of rotation is free to assume any orientation by itself.

This SOLID Saturday we have Gyroscope made in SOLIDWORKS and animated in SOLIDWORKS Motion Study. This representation is done by adding inputs to the motion of the model like Gravity, Mates and Motors to the required axes in order to simulate the behavior.

You can download the SOLIDWORKS Files given below, to see how it is made.
