The machine is constructed using stainless steel, providing durability, hygiene, and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for industries such as food, detergent, and chemical processing.

Considerations/Achievements:
Designed for precise dosing, minimal spillage, and fast operation, the packer integrates seamlessly into automated and manual packaging lines. The structure is engineered to handle continuous operation, optimizing productivity.

Utilized SolidWorks for the complete design process, incorporating sheet metal features for fabrication. Conducted SolidWorks simulations (structural analysis, motion study) to ensure mechanical stability and performance before manufacturing. Additionally, SolidWorks was used for BOM (Bill of Materials), cut lists, DXF files, and workshop drawings to streamline the production process.
