Hello again,
I've got some further issues and I think I need help form the 3DS Support. When I'm trying to reach the 3DExperience Platform it works but I get this error (always).
I also cannot reach the Collaborative Space, because I have no Access. When I try to start the Bookmark Editor it says "No Access to widget" as well.
Furthermore I can't reach the support page because there is "something wrong with my account".
It seems to be a license or right issue. Please help me. I have got no idea how to fix it on my own...
