Hello everyone!

We began with the assembly of the wheel-side and driver-side components after finishing the design of each brake system component. 3DExperience Assembly Design was used to assemble the parts.

The FSAE Race Car's wheel side assembly consisted of a brake disc rotor installed on the wheel hub and a brake caliper mounted on the steering knuckle.

Using Mechanical System Design Software, we conducted a kinematic study of the brake disc and caliper assembly after the components were assembled.
