I have had a subscription with 3DEXPERIENCE ENGINEER For Students, and I have been watching the online videos of the learning module, but for some reason it is not loading for two days now. 

I was wondering if this is just a technical issue with the online module and if anyone else has had a similiar difficulty? I have attahced a desktop recording of what appears on my screen when I launch the learning module.
