Using Collections

There are multiple ways for deleting data from the platform. Please see the methods in the video below. Please note that data deletion depends on various factors such as access to the data, lifecycle states, dependencies, and so on. Also note that, in order to delete a collaborative space, it must be empty.

It is recommended to not to delete data to keep a reference for the future. 

Using Collaborative Lifecycle App

It is possible to delete design data using Collaborative Lifecycle apps (Widget and Native). 

1. Open the Collaborative Lifecycle app 
2. Search part\\parts to delete
3. Select part\\parts to delete 
4. In the Lifecycle section of the toolbar, select the Delete command (on the extreme right)

Please note that,

1. You may get warnings or error messages depending on the logical condition of the data for the successful deletion of the data. 
2. In the native app, you can select a structure in the session in explore mode. Data in open conditions cannot be deleted.
