like some other users of DS 3Dexperience from the Makers or Students sections, I have not received a ‘getting started mail’. I already had a licence which has now expired. Yesterday I purchased another licence and can also see the new apps in the Workplace. However, when I start it, I get an error message saying that I am not yet invited and that I am denied access to the server. However, my order was actually successful (according to the order report and Workplace). How can I contact the administrator mentioned in the error message to request authorisation? Unfortunately, I already had this problem with my first order...
