Hi,
I purchased 3dexperience Catia for Students on September 30th but i still haven't received the "get started" mail. My credit card was charged super fast but i have only received the order confirmation email.
- i've already read FAQ.
- i submitted the contact support form 9 days ago, still no answer. (click to see text below)
I have already cleared the browser cache and tried to log in on another computer.
i've already sent an email to Europe.SupportCenter@3ds.com, but they said they cannot help about a product purchased online.
i've already sent an email to support.students@3ds.com, no answer.
sent a message to the facebook page, no helpful response at the moment but at least they responded.
So what should i do? Pray?
