I am from a Formula Student team and we are requesting for licenses but when I send the request form I receive an email that says ""Support Team is unavailable in this week , you will get the licesne early next week."", the same during the last 3 weeks. We have worked with this licenses for more than 4 years now and we do not know if there is any problem, could you help us out?
