Stress Analysis using Mechanical Scenario Creation:

In this simulation, I have performed the transient simulation for the Aluminum sheet with 0.5mm thickness.

The transient simulation analysis step is performed using the Mechanical scenario creation app.

The steps are as follows:

1. Design of Sheet, Punch and die assembly

2. Meshing of parts

3. Creation of a solid section

4. Allocation of materials

5. Defining initial conditions

6. Application of loads, contact properties, Constraints

6. Explicit analysis step creation

7. Exploring the results
