I transferred to a different college, so I bought a new license connected to my new college. I downloaded the setup, but when I go to install it, it says everything is already installed. Okay, now how do I open it? Whenever I try to go to my dashboard, it tells me I don't have access. That kind of makes sense since my old license is technically gone, but how am I supposed to connect my new CAD serial number to my current account, and will that allow me access to the dashboard? If my assumptions are wrong, could anyone just walk me through the process of getting this software open? I have paid for this product; I should be able to access it.
