Dassault System’s 3DExperience is one of the efficient product lifecycle management platform were we as a team collaboratively performed all phase of product design and development. ENOVIA helped us to design all the components jointly on cloud were modifications by all the teammates were performed efficiently. Product design and large assembly was performed with the help of 3DExperience, CATIA V5 and some part design works in Solid works. All the components involved with load application and distribution such as support structures, Ploughing tools, Base Construction etc. was imported to SIMULIA and the materials were assigned based on the market availability and SIMULIA Static FEA Simulation results such as Deformation, Factor of Safety and Von-mises stress. Drawings of all the components were drafted with CATIA V5 and 3DExperience in order to ensure precise the manufacturing process. Our whole assembled product consists of 1790 parts which includes tiny parts and huge parts. The Live Rendering and Rendering Scene Design are the user friendly applications were all the rendering process is carried out. The Rendered model was utilized to present our multidisciplinary project “Completely Automated Large Scale Agriculture – Auto Techno Farming (ATF)” concept and working.
