I bought 3DEXPERIENCE ENGINEER for Students cloud offer, now quite more than 3 weeks ago. I have been sending sms for help and no solution, just delegating me to someone else. The purchase order number is ORD194002334904 with connected email: joan.pons.pons@estudiantat.upc.edu
I have received the get started mail, but when I try to log in, the message "Acces denied" appears.
Furthermore, I need to solve this situation now, is not possible to have these problems and no solution.

I tried to recover the password and tried to get in. Before had access denied message, now, username/password are not correct. I have also tried to change my password, but I do not receive the password reset email. Anyway, it's weird because I can log in to the dashboard, but not in the platform.
I would like to update the urgency to high!
