These tests were carried out by simulating a flight over a ground in order to give us lift results of the model in flight with ground effect.
In a few pictures you can also see airflows moving forward on the system until the straightener. The interest of this conduit is to prevent water from being a suction effect "Coandâ effect" during takeoff and to reduce the hydrodynamic drag effect. This system complements the classic redan and will save energy in the takeoff phase that consumes the most since our system must be able to get out of the water.
