Certification and Support Blocked By Admin

Hello,

I recently purchased CATIA and 3DX package using my University email. The system is blocking me from completing the certifications and accessing the support site. It states that it is blocked by the administrator. Does anyone know what to do?

For a little more detail:

I had a DS Account because I have a SolidWorks license from my University. I purchased the ~\\\$60 CATIA package on my own using my University email. After setting up my 3DX into account I wanted to go straight into the CATIA certification training but I struggled to find it. I eventually found the 3DExperience Edu site outside of the 3DX portal and was able to log in and complete the 4.5 hour certification training. However, I didn't have the credits to take the exam. I couldn't find a voucher anywhere. I was then able to find a link to the Edu site through the 3DExperience portal, but everything stated that it was blocked by the system administrator. I then fond a support link, but the login was also blocked by the system admin. What do I do? Since I used my edu email, is my University blocking me from accessing content that I paid for or is this on the Dassault Systems end?
