Hi,

I'm new to 3DExperience and recently got 3DExperience Engineer student package. I wanted to import CATIA files (.catproduct and .catpart) in 3DExperience to work with them but I am having an error ini import report and the files are not imported. I have attached a scrrenshot of the the error. Any help to sort this problem would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
