I bought Catia Student Version for 1 year subscription (2 weeks ago). I want to cancel it now.
I have sent email to 3DVIA.Support@3ds.com and europe.supportcenter@3ds.com. But they say that we are not responsible for it.
Could you please help me how can I cancel my subscription.
